Another player has been added to the Beavers’ already-growing incoming recruiting class.
Proud to announce that I have committed to play hockey at Bemidji State University. Thanks to everyone for the support! #Beavers

Brady a 20-year-old from Delhi, Ontario, has had a harder road to college hockey than most. He was in a car accident over Christmas break that left him with a broken femur, fractured pelvis and collapsed lung, ending his season.
But Brady, who had 24 points (9 goals, 15 assists) in 27 games with the Lincoln Stars before the accident, has been rehabbing all spring and told his hometown newspaper, the Simcoe Reformer, that he hopes to be back on the ice by June.
A former Robert Morris commit, Brady re-opened the recruiting process before the start of the season, but the injury threw a bit of a wrench in the process, according to the Lincoln Journal Star.
Because he’s a 1995 birth year, he’s aged out of junior hockey and will have to join the Beavers for next season. That will give BSU an eight-member freshman class. That’s a little bigger than I was expecting considering BSU lost just four players to graduation, but it gives them a bunch of forward depth to work with for next season (and that’s never a bad thing).
Here’s the updated list of recruits, just for your information.
